WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you return it. Please note the below criteria for returning an item:

    • Merchandise must be returned unworn and with tags attached within 7 days from the date you received it. 

    • Personalized/monogrammed/sale items are not eligible for return.

    • Sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE, but can be exchanged for a new size or for store credit.

    • If there are missing tags, your return may not be approved and the item will be sent back to you.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

US Orders:

  • Please email sales@shopdaph.com with the subject line “Order #(ENTER YOUR ORDER NUMBER) Return Request with the reason of your return and where the item will be returned from.

Please note that all sale and monogrammed items are FINAL sales and cannot be returned.

  • You will then be e-mailed a return shipping label to include with the original packaging with the original item, unworn or unsed shipped inside.

  • Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop off at your nearest USPS.

  • Your credit or refund will be applied within 3-8 business days upon receipt of your item(s).

International Orders:

daph. does not support pre-paid international return labels at this time. All international sales are final.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

Your credit or refund will be applied within 3-8 business days upon receipt of your item(s). Once the return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email that you have been refunded. Depending upon your payment method it may take a few business days for your credit to appear on your billing statement. Please contact the payment provider with any additional questions.

DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES?

We do not refund any initial shipping charges if you have paid for Next Day or International Shipping.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE A PURCHASE?

  • does not accept exchanges.

  • Customers will follow return process (stated above) for their unwanted product and will need to place a new order for the desired product.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

For US orders, we offer complimentary USPS Ground shipping on all orders over $100. We also offer a Next Day shipping and International shipping.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders typically ship within 1 - 2 business days. Once your order ships you can expect the below estimated delivery windows.

US: USPS Ground - 3 - 5 business days

US: Next Day - Order will arrive the following business day if your order is placed Monday - Thursday before 12PM CST. If your order is placed outside of this window, it will ship the next business day and arrive the following day.

International - 7 - 15 business days

ARE TAXES & DUTIES INCLUDED IN MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

International orders are shipped DDU “Delivered Duties Unpaid” and International Customers are responsible for payment of any additional associated duties & taxes. daph. has no control over these fees and cannot quote estimates of what these costs will be as custom policies along with import duties vary greatly based on delivery location. We suggest to contact your local customs office for current charges.

HELP! I PLACED AN ORDER AND NEED TO CANCEL OR MODIFY IT. HOW DO I DO THIS?

Due to our automated order fulfillment process, we are unable to edit or cancel orders once they have been placed.

Whether a woman carries a daph. llama-leather clutch or wears our super-soft alpaca fleece, she is helping the communities in Peru where our pieces are ethically, thoughtfully made.

HOW DO I CLEAN THE LEATHER ON MY DAPH. PIECE? 

For light cleaning, wipe with a damp cloth. For all leather bags that do not include our signature pattern we suggest spot cleaning with handbag leather cleaner. Of course, remember to always test a small spot on the bag to ensure no damage.  For more serious cleaning, please contact a leather cleaning professional.

WHAT DO I DO ABOUT MY JEANS DYING THE LEATHER ON MY BAG? 

We know that jeans dye on your leather bags is very frustrating!  We suggest trying out products on the market that may help you set the dye in your jeans prior to sporting your daph. bag.
