Shipping & Returns


Ground Shipping: daph. offers FREE ground shipping in the continuous US on orders going to any destination in the contiguous United States. Please allow 3-8 business days for arrival. Orders are shipped from the St. Louis, Missouri. 

Local Delivery:daph. offers complimentary local delivery in the St. Louis area. Deliveries are made within 48 hours of order (when possible). Please include any special instructions needed for delivery in the notes section of your order. If rush order is needed, please include it in the notes section of your order or contact and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

2-Day Shipping:  We offer expedited orders via DHL 2-Day delivery. Please note order processing time still applies to the order.  

Overnight Shipping: Overnight shipping is available for via DHL. Please note order processing time still applies to the order.

Monogrammed Items:  Please allow 1-2 extra business days for shipment of monogrammed pieces. Please note that your entire order will ship once the monogrammed item is complete. For monogrammed items with expedited shipping, the order will still need processing time for the personalization and will be shipped once the personalization is complete.

* Most orders will be processed 1 - 2 business days after purchased. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes. Further, we currently do not ship to Guam and the US Virgin Islands. If an order contains an item with a delayed ship date, the entire order will ship together. daph. is not responsible for delays due to weather.

Duties & Taxes: International orders are shipped DDU “Delivered Duties Unpaid” and International Customers are responsible for payment of any additional associated duties & taxes. daph. has no control over these fees and cannot quote estimates of what these costs will be as custom policies along with import duties vary greatly based on delivery location. We suggest you contact your local customs office for current charges.

Order Processing: International orders will be packed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. Business days are Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. International orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond provided delivery estimates.

Exchange Rates: Orders are paid in USD and the exchange rate will be calculated at time of purchase by the customer’s credit card processor. We are unable to offer adjustments for exchange rate changes. The exchange rate and international credit card fees will be dependent on the credit card that the customer is using.


daph. accepts returns of unworn and unused product within 7 days of receiving your order. Date of receipt is determined by the daph. order processing system.

Note: You are eligible for either return credit or a refund only after daph. receives the item and confirms that it is unworn and unused. We do not accept returns that are received with any staining or damage.


Note: Monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned. Sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE, but can be exchanged for a new size or for store credit.

Steps To Return Item(s)

  • Please email with the subject line “Order #(ENTER YOUR ORDER NUMBER) Return Request” with the reason of your return and where the item will be return from.
  • Please note that all sale and monogrammed items are FINAL sales and cannot be returned.

  • You will then be e-mailed a complimentary return shipping label to include with the original packaging with the original item, unworn and unused shipped inside.

  • Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop off at your nearest USPS.

  • Your credit or refund will be applied within 3-8 business days upon receipt of your item(s).


daph. does not support pre-paid international return labels at this time. All international sales are final.


  • daph. does not accept exchanges.
  • Customers will follow return process (stated above) for their unwanted product and will need to place a new order for the desired product.
